Our motto: "Love the Difference" has been our formula of care for all pets at our kennel for over 35+ years. We will treat your pets as we treat our own. We all have pets and understand your anxiety about leaving your dog(s) and/or cat(s) with us while you are away. By our providing a clean and consistent environment and adding our "Love", we know you will see the "difference". We encourage you to make reservations at least 6 weeks in advance during our PEAK TIMES (summer) and MAJOR HOLIDAYS (Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas). When you see how we care for the pets, you can better select what care you would like for your pet(s) once you see the optional special services. |
Located in the City of Manassas, parallel to the railroad tracks, is our facility for Boarding dogs and cats/ Daycare for dogs/ and Obedience classes. We moved from Lake Jackson Kennels after 30+ years in December 2004 and relocated to the "Dean Drive Depot". |

You are welcome to come for a tour of our facility, Monday through Friday 7 AM - 6 PM and Saturdays 7 AM - noon. No tours on Sundays or major holidays due to limited office hours. |
Waggin' Tails Junction Vaccination Protocol 1. All pets boarded here must have a Rabies vaccination. The FIRST Rabies vaccination must be given at least 7 days prior to boarding. The first rabies vaccinations are usually given around 4 months of age. 2. All dogs entering the building must have a current Bordetella and Distemper vaccination. The dog MUST receive the initial vaccination at least 3 days prior to attending any service at our facility. 3. Puppies entering our facility must have had a least 2 DHP-P (Distemper) vaccinations. The series of vaccinations are usually given at least 3 weeks apart. Any distemper vaccination in the initial series must be given at least 7 days prior to boarding. 4. According to Virginia State law a veterinarian must administer the Rabies vaccination. We must have a copy of the veterinary signed Rabies certificate on file in the event of Animal Control investigation. |
